A once a week class on Wednesday’s during September 2025 & Monday’s in November 2025, spanning 4 weeks with 4 total classes. Students designed their own cartoon character, learning key drawing skills like expression, shape-building and personality design. Then integrating their character into their own cartoon/comic universe, practicing story structure, settings, comic panels and layouts, dialouge and more. By the end of the class students, will have created a comic book about their original character. We brainstorm ideas, encourage trial & error, foster creativity, and bring our ideas to life through cartoon character design.
